Crossbred litters
In Finland first 3 generations of the crossbreeding are considered "crossbred" and marked with "ER" in their pedigree register number instead of "FI". From 4th generation forward they are again registered normally and considered "purebred". I try to keep up and collect info of all these 1-3 generation litter to this page.
1. generation litters (F1)
Yarracitta P 1996
2 red males, both cryptorchids. Not used for breeding.
"2 males, both having coarse mixed color coat, sturdy and compact structure, excellent toplines, fantastic temperaments inherited from their parents but unfortunately also both cryptorchids. This was a big setback, as otherwise bot of them would have been excellent material for breeding. This proved the importance of careful project planning and the need for applying for more permissions than one crossbreeding litter. Despite the missing testicles, both boys live happy life in their pet homes."

"8 puppies. Quite heterogenous bunch, some of them greyish-black, some mixed color, more or less hairy, bigger size dogs; some of them could be more compact. Some of them still very acceptable for breeding. One of them was used for breeding: Yarracitta Oiolenkaunokki, healthy, strong bitch with beautiful head, who has stable, balanced and very friendly temperament."

" 5 puppies. These start to look like a pinscher: three of them ave normal pinscher coats, two have longer coarse coats. Colors starting to be more normal red, but still not deep dark tone. Male was very promising and bitches very good dogs also."

1 male, 1 bitch.Bitch used for 2 litters. Male cryptorchid. Both deep red color, excellent conformation, deep chests,good heads and muzzle parts, excellent temperaments and excellent overall health.
Bitch Y. Loistolyyli became very influential in breeding, having 2 litters, 15 puppies from which 8 were at least nat. Champions, 2 CIB. 6 of them have been used for breeding by 9 different breeders.

5 males, 6 bitches. 1 male and 2 bitches used for breeding, each for 1 litter." 11 puppies, very heterogenous in coat types, conformation as also in temperament. Some big, some fit to the standard, colors either dark wildboar or red. Some of the reds having really nice clean color, some still noticeably light and with mixed black hairs. Some compact, some more leggy and lighter in structure. Some have done very well in showrings. Some having very friendly and open temperament, others more reserved. Some very usable dogs but all are not for breeding."
